What are Milia?
Milia are small white spots which often become like small hard white balls under the skin. They look like white heads, however, when squeezed nothing comes out of them.
They are usually found in groups around the eyes, cheeks and nose but can be found elsewhere.
What causes Milia?
They can be caused by slow cell turnover, ageing and a poor home care routine.
