We've introduced Bio Sculpture's professional E-File into our gel removal process, and we're so pleased with the difference it makes.
An E-File is an electric nail file designed to allow trained nail technicians to work precisely and efficiently.
We use Bio Sculpture's Whisper E-File, which has been developed for professional nail treatments and features technology designed to reduce noise and vibration.
Now, we know the idea of an electric file might sound a little intimidating if you've never experienced one before, but there's no need to worry!
When used correctly by a trained professional, an E-File can be a fantastic tool for gentle, controlled gel removal.
How Does It Work?
Traditionally, removing gel involves gently filing the surface to break the top coat seal before wrapping the nails in a professional soak-off solution.
This allows the gel to soften so it can be carefully removed.
With Bio Sculpture's E-File, we can make this process more efficient.
Rather than spending longer manually filing through the top layers of gel, we use the E-File to carefully reduce the bulk of the product and remove the sealed top layers.
This allows the soak-off solution to penetrate the remaining gel more effectively, helping speed up the removal process.
Importantly, we're not using the E-File to file away your natural nails.
The aim is to remove excess gel product in a controlled way, before completing the soak-off process using the appropriate professional techniques.
This means less time spent waiting for your gel to soften, without cutting corners when it comes to caring for your natural nails.
