Terms & Conditions

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. We regret that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time and the appointment will still be charged at full price.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled on the day of treatment will still be charged at the full rate. Appointments cancelled on the working day before the appointment but in less that 24hours before the actual appointment time, will be charged at 50% of the full appointment fee. No fee will be charged if an appointment is cancelled on a working day (ie not Sunday) and more than 24 hours before the appointment time. If a cancelled appointment results in a fee being charged but the appointment is then given to another client, we will provide a Gift Voucher for either, the full amount of your treatment, or the new replacement treatment, whichever is lower.

If you miss or cancel within 24hours, a 100% deposit may be required to make any further bookings.

Children

We aim to create a calm and relaxing environment and we do not have any form of child care facilities. Please be mindful of this and note that children and babies cannot be taken into the treatment rooms. If you do bring children or babies into the salon, you must accept full responsibility for them at all times.

Courses

All courses must be fully paid for at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Late cancellations or missed course appointments will result in cancellation fees or treatment deducted from your course. If you would prefer to swap your course of treatments to a credit at Rebecca Jade this can be done although the discount/treatment saving will not be transferred over to the course and instead the number of treatments you have had as part of the course will be valued at their full price.

Deposits

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.

Gift Vouchers

These are available for treatments only and are non-refundable. They must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice. Please note, gift vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of retail items or courses.

Mobile phones, smart phones and tablets

We ask that all handheld electronics are turned off during treatments and while you are in the waiting/seating areas of the salon.

Prices

Our prices are subject to change without notice.

Refunds & Exchanges

Products must be returned unused, unopened and with any seal intact, and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Rebecca Jade Health & Beauty Ltd. We will not accept an exchange or refund of any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Medical Conditions & Doctor Consent Forms

Some of our advanced treatments require a medical form to be completed prior to treatment. Some clients require a doctor's consent form before treatment can go ahead. All consultation and consent forms are kept completely confidential to Rebecca Jade Health & Beauty Ltd.

Use of Cookies

Cookies

A cookie is a small file that websites put on your computer, mobile device or tablet. Their job is to recognise you and notify the website when you’ve returned, and they are most commonly used for recording information about websites you have visited and possibly what you viewed, bought or linked to while there.

Cookies improve user experience by remembering your preferences and user names without the need to log in. If you do not allow cookies some features on this website will not function. Please see the information below for details about the cookies this website uses.

Session Cookies

Session cookies allow users to be recognised within a website so any page changes or item/data selection you make is remembered from page to page.

Analytics Cookies

These cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors come from and the pages they visited, so that we can measure and improve the performance of our site, using a service provided by Google Analytics.

Data Cookies

These cookies are used to keep track of some selections the visitor has made and whether the user is logged in or not. They do not store the user's email or password, nor are they retained or used on the server side. Data cookies are set with a "session" expiry, which remains while the user has his/her browser program running, but is deleted if the browser program is shut down. If a visitor keeps his/her computer on and leaves the same browser program open for weeks, then this cookie may remain that long as well. If the visitor closes his/her browser program a minute after he/she stops using the site, the cookie might be deleted then.

Social Cookies (including YouTube)

We may embed videos from YouTube. This may set cookies on your computer once you click on the YouTube video player, but YouTube will not store personally-identifiable cookie information for playbacks of embedded videos.

We may use social widgets to enhance visitor interaction on our site. This may collect non-personally identifiable information from many of the websites in which it is enabled, and uses that information to deliver targeted advertising on other websites you may visit.

Advertising Cookies

At times advertising cookies may be set to track and monitor the effectiveness of ad related activity (e.g. by using statistical analysis cookies for tracking Google Pay-Per-Click campaigns). You can choose whether or not to allow these cookies to be set in cookie settings.

Commenter’s Cookies

When you leave a comment or review on our website, a cookie will be stored on your computer or device. This is purely for convenience, so that you won't need to re-type all your information again when you want to leave another comment.

If you wish to restrict or block web browser cookies, please do refer to your browser settings. Alternatively, you may wish to visit www.aboutcookies.org, which contains comprehensive information on how to do this on a wide variety of desktop browsers.
